View Verified Imagery
For over two decades, we have specialised in producing View Verified Imagery, also known as Accurate Visual Representations (AVRs) and Visually Verified Montages (VVMs)
What is a View Verified Image?
A verified image provides an accurate representation of how your proposals will appear when overlaid onto a background photograph. Planning authorities or consultants choose viewpoints to facilitate design assessment. The background photography is captured by an experienced photographer using ultra high-resolution camera equipment alongside surveyed GPS data of the surroundings. The proposals are then 3d modelled in specialist software and camera matched to the GPS data. The model is then rendered and composited onto the background photography to complete the image. Planning authorities can trust these precise images to make informed decisions.

AVR 0 – A simple wireframe outline of the proposals is provided. This type of image is often used at an early stage to understand the form and scale of the proposals before any detailed design has been completed.
AVR 1 – This image is similar to AVR 0, but it better displays how the proposals will fit into the surrounding context by masking out any foreground elements such as Trees, Lampposts, signage etc. It also may show further details of the design in wireline.
AVR 2 – The architectural form will now be visible, highlighting window positions, setbacks, columns, and more. Lighting is also used to give the proposals a sense of depth. This type of image can be useful for agreeing on the form of the proposals before moving on to materiality.
AVR 3 – This represents the highest level of detail and photorealism, highlighting the proposals with materials, reflections, and realistic lighting. It will also include proposed trees, planting, and landscape features.

Our Process
We collaborate with teams of dependable photographers and surveyors across all regions to ensure we can visit sites as soon as possible and make the process cost effective. We promptly send information directly from the site to ensure project timelines are minimised. Typically, a project can take 2-4 weeks for delivery.
