Our talented core of creative and architecturally trained people, have a passion for creating eye catching and emotive imagery. We offer more traditional services such as CGI’s and photomontages however we are also increasingly being commissioned for AVR work to aid planning applications and using Virtual Reality to sell off plan.
Competitions and Bid Support
Concept Imagery – Stylised – Design Development
We work closely alongside the design team to create inspiring competition wining imagery. Often, we will work from sketches or a basic three-dimensional model then add in the extra detail as the design develops. We work on large scale bids across all sectors often producing upwards of ten images per project.
Planning Approval
Accurate Visual Representation ( AVR) – Photomontages
Photomontages are often used to gain an understanding of how a building will sit within its context in terms of scale and materiality.
We specialise in photorealistic imagery but more importantly accurate imagery, we are regularly being commissioned to produce AVR imagery to aid planning applications.
MARKETING & SALES
Exterior & Interior CGI – Brochures – TV
We work heavily both nationally and internationally in property marketing and predominantly helping to sell off plan. Often, we will produce ranges of house types and interior images for marketing brochures and for use online. We have had imagery and animations feature in local and national news, magazines and online publications.
Master Planning
Aerial Imagery – 360 Site Flyarounds
We work on large scale developments and masterplans for new housing schemes, business parks, industrial units and retail developments. Using high resolution photography or drone footage we can accurately camera match the new proposals and show how it blends within its environment.
Animation, VFX & Promotional Films
Motion Graphics, Green Screen, VFX, Storyboarding & Music
We produce external flyarounds of sites, internal walkthroughs and product animations. We use post production techniques to enhance our animations. We can seamlessly combine video footage with our computer generated animations. Green screen footage can also be edited into the final presentation.
VR & Virtual Tours
Unreal Engine, 360 Images, Interactive Headsets
Using Unreal Engine we have been producing Realtime interactive experiences which allow the user to change materials,objects,lighting in realtime.
These VR experiences can be exported to use on a desktop PC, Headset or tablet. We can also produce 360 renders and virtual tours that can be used as an online sales tool.
